The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 18,          
1998 calendar (page 3075), was read the third time:                            
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 252(FIN)                                                
"An Act relating to criminal records; relating to notice about and            
registration of sex offenders and child kidnappers; and amending               
Rules 11(c) and 32(c), Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure; and                 
providing for an effective date."                                              
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall CSHB 252(FIN) pass the House?"  The
